We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with experience of events for a prospective staff position based in Westhill.

Candidates should have a background of supporting senior management and be used to a client facing role.

Main Duties:
Membership management, renewals, processes and database, primary contact for members
Meeting and diary management for CEO
Support to Management Accountant; Invoicing
AGM management
Companies House, responsible for maintaining the Directors and Articles of Association are maintained
Board support including roll out of Board papers and minutes and arranging meetings etc.
Delivery and management of all office admin processes
Member statistics
Support to Marketing and Events team
HR administration

Education & Knowledge:
Good practical & user knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with Sage
Formal education and qualifications - Higher/A level or equivalent
Experience within a PA/office management role
