Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Equipment & Certification Coordinator based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring existing equipment is ready to use with all the necessary certification in place and up to date.
Setting up the certification regime for new build equipment
Maintaining company ERP system and ensuring it is accurate for every piece of equipment
Compiling Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Compiling documentation packs for offshore mobilisation
Handling and managing third party release of equipment prior to offshore mobilisation
Occasional offshore trips to manage recertification of HWO units
Management of third-party inspectors
Facilitating client audits of certification

Would suit a candidate with the following qualities
High level of attention to detail
Takes pride in their work
Computer literate with Microsoft word and Excel
Prior experience of cloud-based certification management systems
Knowledge of LOLER
Knowledge of Independent verified body certification
Knowledge of Atex regulations
Practical hands on approach
Mechanical/Electrical knowledge would be an advantageous
