International Tech organisation with offices throughout America, Europe and Asia is seeking a Qualiifed EMEA/International Accountant to join their expanding EMEA HQ.

The successful qualified accountant will be working in a dynamic environment and supporting the accounting and financial reporting activities of multiple entities across EMEA and APAC.

The team is looking for a high energy, problem solving individual with a good work ethic, who will also need to be efficient and work to strict deadlines.

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including recording all journal entries for multiple international EMEA and APAC entities.
  • Perform Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for insource entities.
  • Booking of accruals and prepayments.
  • Intercompany billing and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Flux/Variance analysis quarterly for assigned entities.
  • Support the preparation of Stat to US GAAP reconciliation for assigned entities.
  • Coordinate and prepare information for SOX compliance.
  • Ensure internal controls processes are adhered
  • The ideal candidate will be a fully qualify accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or overseas equivalent)
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX essential
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Proactive and delivery focus approach to all responsibilities
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Oracle experience desirable
