With a producing asset in West Africa, the Business Delivery Team within this IOC are seeking an excellent communicator who has had recent and relevant expsoure to FPSO projects. Focused on production and development, this flagship operated asset is going through a process of change, so a professionally qualified consultant who can provide Risk assessment and Cost Benefit Analysis will join an existing team which will involve extensive travel to West Africa.

Core scope includes:

>Design and deliver an effective EHS risk management strategy and assurance appropriate to the specific remedy project, building on lessons learned from the previous campaigns.

>Coach & develop the project team in London, site and offshore in relation to EHS.

>Provide EHS functional leadership to the project for technical and occupational safety, health, environment and asset protection.

>Enable and assure safe and responsible operations through proactive risk management and assurance activities.

Requirements:

>Degree or equivalent in Engineering Discipline

>Significant experience of site-based EHS leadership associated with brownfield modifications.

>Well networked in the industry so that best practices may be sourced and applied as required.
