Job description

We have an urgent opportunity for E&I Trainer / Mechanical Trainer position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • With minimum 12 years' experience in similar position within Oil and Gas industry, Technical training Instructor experience in Refinery/ Petrochemical plant Maintenance process units as manager/team leader of some operation areas.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office/Project and technical engineering software tools.
  • Good knowledge & skills in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and SAP
  • Good knowledge of Maintenance processes and process flow.
  • Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting). Native Arabic desirable.

JOB DETAILS HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Good knowledge of modern Maintenance technologies & Planning techniques.
  • Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in Maintenance / engineering field.
  • Deep Know-how on Maintenance discipline including:

-Instrument - Field instruments analogue and digital, Transmitters, Transducers, Contraol valves, PLCs, DCS, ESDs etc

-Electrical - Electrical systems, power production and disctribution systems, wiring systems, tranformers, switchgears, Motors, VFDs, PLCs, Electrical safety systems etc

-Planning & Scheduling

-Electrical workshop

-Analyzers

-F&G Systems

-Power Management

-Communication Systems

-Control Systems

-Maintenance Contracts

-HSE - Safe work practices, industry best practices, PTW, Life daving rules etc.

-Process control
