Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Drilling Supervisor, based Offshore

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all the required Daily and Well (i.e. casing, cementing, leak-off test, etc.) Reports are supplied to the onshore team.
Liaise with the Logistics Coordinator, to ensure that boat and helicopter requirements are understood. Ensure that all materials and equipment is delivered to the rig in sufficient time to be prepared for use without a delay to rig operations.
Monitor stock levels of critical materials (i.e. bulk materials, fluids, etc.), and ensure that minimum stocking levels are maintained in accordance with company policies and standards.
Ensure that all Service Company personnel are requested prior to the start of the relevant operation.
Ensure compliance with all DECC consents and permits.
Ensure compliance with all HSE notifications.
Ensure that the Well Examination requirements are complied with in full.

Qualifications / Training
Achieved certification in specific training courses, including:
o IWCF Level 4
o Advanced well control
o Risk assessment
o Hazard assessment
Leadership skills, including leadership training courses

Team Leader abilities
Experience as a Drilling Supervisor CNS
Must have HPHT experience in Central North Sea
Must have managed pressure drilling (MPD) experience
Experience in narrow drilling windows
