Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Drilling Accounts Assistant, based in Aberdeen.

Engages with people processes in a positive and timely manner. Demonstrates a commitment to the spirit of such processes.
Timely coding review and Service Receipting of drilling invoices.
Review of Invoices against Terms & Conditions set out in the relevant contract.
Identify and implement process improvements relating to the drilling invoice process.
Timesheets - assist users with queries; chase up missing and unapproved timesheets.
Ensure Approvers Authority Matrix is adhered to in sphere of activity, and that the Company Controls environment is followed, in coordination with the Internal Controls Advisor.
Support the ongoing development of the SAP system, specifically in relation to issues affecting area of responsibility.
Ad hoc assignments to provide assistance to the Drilling Accountants (and the wider Finance Ops team) when required.
Qualifications & Experience
SAP experience essential
Experience of accounting for drilling operations and well reconciliations preferable.
Good communication skills (both interpersonal and written).
Excellent systems skills.
Demonstrates good use of initiative.
Self-confident, approachable, flexible and independent attitude.
