Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Bristol

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Background: The role plays a key part in the development of a Nuclear New Build in the SW.

Skills and experience: * Experience of document control in projects preferably large engineering / nuclear projects * Broad knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 is desirable * Previous experience working within document control * Full working knowledge of databases * Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills

Main Activities: * Coordinate an effective document control system in line with both company and quality control procedures * Focus on all technical and contractual documentation produced throughout the life-cycle of the project * Manage the administration of Business Collaborator, to maintain a successfully functioning system at all times * Manage BC user accounts and subsequent access rights. Safeguard the privacy and security of information stored within the system * Understand and follow the processes necessary for timely appropriate document submissions * Manage the integration of all project documentation through approved workflows ‐ Carry out QA checks and release/distribute information * Manage the transition of technical data from design to construction status. Ensure traceability throughout *
