Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Document Controller based in Aberdeen.

MAIN DUTIES:
Receiving & distributing Project Documentation to all parties including Stakeholders
Indexing & saving documents onto SharePoint
Receiving & distributing Project documents to pre-defined reviewers and approvers within project team.
Numbering, registration, distribution and tracking of change control documentation such as Technical Query, Change Request etc.
Ensures the use of standardised forms and templates
Issuing documents to Contractors after review cycle is complete
Ensuring agreed procedures with EPC contractor are followed.
Issuing weekly/monthly documentation status reports
Monitors document delivery in accordance with agreed project schedule
Ensuring documentation accuracy, quality and integrity.
Issuing and control of documentation numbering and revisions.
Managing project/modification document close-out
N.B. This list is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be undertaken, dependent upon business need.
