One of our major client's in the Oil & Gas Industry is looking for a Document Controller to work in , Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify issues related to timesheets and report to TCT Lead

- Identify discrepancies based on detailed knowledge of contracts in place for the Turnaround event. Escalate identified issues to the TCT Lead

- Verify contractor time uploaded into TRACK against paper timesheets & gate swipes

- Verify time and materials provided by Non-TRACK vendors and prepare uploads for Forecaster

- Verify charges for equipment, time and materials against contract

- Match service entries against invoices for payment

- Identifying and resolving issues

- Reviewing a large volume of transactions under time constraints

- Extended working hours during Turnaround execution phase (6x10)

- Intermediate Excel skills

- Ability to communicate clearly and credibly while demonstrating integrity with Turnaround management team, CP team, external vendors and other relevant stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good working knowledge of SAP preferred

- Previous Turnaround experience an asset
