Orion Group are currently recruiting for a Learning Content Specialist for our Multinational Pharmaceutical client based in High Wycombe, on an initial 6 month contract.

Joining a growing team of Multichannel Specialists, the Learning Content Specialist will be responsible for building the Multichannel Foundation Academy. The Foundation Academy will mainly comprise online learning modules on key digital marketing concepts & topics with a secondary focus on face to face training sessions.

* Design and build online learning courses using standard tools for internal staff on key digital marketing topics
* Develop communication resources for broader blended learning programme
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business departments
* Ensure learning and communication solutions meet business requirements, course-correcting on business feedback


* Demonstrable skills in building engaging and interactive online learning.
* Strong digital marketing skills.
* Excellent writing abilities.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to produce a varied range of digital resources including written articles, videos and infographics
* An expert in collaboration that can work in a matrixed environment with a mixture of internal stakeholders and external partners.

* Experience with build learning programmes with an advanced knowledge of building engaging, immersive and impactful online learning materials using standard learning management tools and systems.
* Experience of delivering face to face training and in facilitating workshops and similar activities.
* Experience of building communication programmes for learning initiatives.
* Strong networking skills and ability to build rapport with individuals across the organisation.

note: The role is High Wycombe office-based and may involve some travel within the UK and potentially across the EMEA region.
