DEPUTY FACILITIES MANAGER - ST PAULS, LONDON

International energy organisation is seeking an experienced Deputy Facilities Manager to join their corporate offices in Central London. The role will focus on supporting the Facilities Manager and assist in the running/co-ordination of the Administration Team. You will also have key interactions with their Global locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Facilities Helpdesk
  • Assist with the management of the building and the running of the Admin Dept (6)
  • Review / update documents, policies and procedures
  • Assist the FM in managing the conference suite
  • Manage caterers and contractors
  • Assist with revising administration procedures
  • Implementation of new processes
  • Liaise with IT
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors
  • Assist the FM with event management planning
  • Provide support to the conference team
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Manage new starters
  • Manage ID badges
  • Invoicing
  • Facilitate office relocations / desk moves
  • Updating intranet & Health Safety notice boards
  • Responsible for building Health and Safety equipment
  • Assist FM with all Health and Safety tasks as and when required
  • General PA support to the FM
  • Cover staff absences to include Reception
  • Health & Safety/Fire Marshall/First Aid - desirable
