My FMCG Client is looking for a Demand & Supply Leader to join there ever expanding Supply Chain team. Based in Lanark, you will be joining an excellent company who pride themselves on both quality and business excellence. The company is currently experiencing an exciting growth journey and have won numerous awards within their respective field.

As the Demand & Supply Leader, you will have the following key responsibilities;

  • Proven Demand and Production Planning expertise
  • Ensure that OTIF target is achieved
  • Forecast creation, monitoring and reporting
  • Customer facing and issue resolution skills
  • KPI management
  • Experience in S&OP principles and methods
  • Strong planning system skills
  • Stakeholder management/collaboration skills
  • Strong communicator, able to relate to people at all levels
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to handle numerous data streams
  • Inventory management
  • Proven experience of working for FMCG / food manufacturing company.
  • Team management experience
  • Management of customer sales orders and invoicing
  • Management of purchase orders and invoice approvals
  • Customer and/or vendor management
  • Ensure customer communication is accurate, timely and of a high standard
  • Create a culture of excellent customer service within the team
