Responsibilities:

  • Provide a service to effectively manage and deliver timely, accurate information (documents, data & models)
  • Assist with ensuring the effective application of Project data management processes, procedures, coding standards and tools
  • Maintain and analyze the Project Master Tag Register
  • Responsible for providing data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, associations and overall integrity of Project data
  • Support Project Information Manager, Data Management Lead and Document Management Lead in responding to Project queries, requests and audits
  • Aid in provision of an accurate and unbiased view of project information status to both the Project Information Manager and the wider delivery team
  • Responsible for maintaining integrity of the tag management system through the maintenance and application of standardized quality control checks (validation)
  • Support execution of information handover to Operations (or other specified recipient)
  • Interface with project team members (especially Engineering, Commissioning and PSCM) to ensure accuracy of Project data and timely resolution of data issues
  • Work with Contractor data controllers to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data within their systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, across the whole project irrespective of seniority, organizational or contractual boundaries
  • Experience using electronic engineering and data management systems for controlling and reporting project data
  • Experience of using MS Office applications to perform analyses (MS Excel & Access) and updates to data management Work Instructions (MS Word)
  • Demonstrably high attention to detail and application of rigorous quality checking
  • Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment
  • Strong commitment to HSSE
  • High level of self-motivation
