The Orion Group are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a part-time basis to work with our multinational healthcare client for their location in Stockport.

The Role:

You will be a member of the Customer Service team operating as the first point of contact.

You will provide a high level of service to customers in partnership with the Sales team and the Unit staff.

You will provide technical knowledge and manages workflow in line with Manufacturing Licence and Quality System Requirements.

Required experience & know how:

- A minimum of 2 years' worth of experience in customer service
- Data Entry experience is an absolute must.
- Very comfortable on the phone.
- Doesn't mind general office-related tasks
- Used to dealing with customer-related duties in an efficient manner
- English Fluent

Part time role 4 hours per day, days Mon - Fri 14.00 - 18.00(20 hours per week)
