Customer Service Representative - German Desk

A Customer Relationship Executive with fluent German language skills is required for this well established company in Fife to join their team communicating with business customers

You will provide customers with a personal and friendly interface into the company that provides them with fast responses and drives the business to deliver a reliable service in line with customer expectations. Covering a variety of primarily German speaking customer plus other designated accounts in other territories, the role is not limited to German speaking customers. A knowledge of other European languages would be useful.

You should have experience of operating in a fast-paced environment to challenging deadlines and will have experience in customer service ( telephony or facing). Fluent speaking, reading, writing of German is essential.

Strong MS Office, particularly Excel skills required.

Hours of work 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
