Our market leading manufacturing client based near Stirling is recruiting for a temporary Customer Administrator to support during an expediential growth period across the group.

Key Responsibilities;

  • To provide administrative support to the Customer Service Team which includes telephone management, reporting, general administration and support
  • To provide support and cover during periods of absence.
  • To work as a member of the team, fully flexible and willing to share the workload during peak times.
  • To manage customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner ensuring committed actions are addressed on time and to a high standard.
  • There is a high level of communications with all the key stakeholders and customers so clear, effective communications skills are a must.
  • Partnership working is key, particularly with internal departments including Production, Planning, Commercial, Supply Chain and Design working together to deliver to the customer, on time and in full

Skills & Experience;

  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal are essential
  • Reasonable PC skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, and E-mail. Training will be provided on the internal system used
  • Due to the level of change within the environment in relation to customer requirements, it's important the applicant is able to cope well in a fast-paced environment

What's on Offer;

  • Immediate start
  • Circa 3 month contract
  • 37 hour working week - Monday to Friday
  • Competitive hourly rate - £10-£13 per hour (dependent on experience)
