We are now looking to hire a Credit Controller to join the team in our Inverness headquarters. The successful candidate will manage the groups debt worldwide ensuring activities are administered efficiently, accurately and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for the credit control for selected clients as agreed with the Snr Credit Controller.
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
  • Reconciling complex accounts
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, plan effectively and work to deadlines on own initiative
  • Analytical and numerical with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent communicator in all mediums and at all levels;
  • Intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • A strong customer focus with a can do attitude, aimed at delivering business objectives.
  • A good understanding of confidentiality and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake and/or continue professional development

This is a permanent position.
