Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Cost Administrator, based in Westhill Aberdeenshire.

Responsibilities will include:
Focal contact for vendor invoice enquiries. Update vendors on the status of their invoices and where appropriate chase the approval or reason for non-approval and update vendors accordingly.
Provide general administration support for Accounts Payable function
Raise and follow-up Service related Commitments
Ensure that all contractual and commercial terms are sufficiently documented as appropriate to the Commitment Document; appropriately authorised; contract compliance checks and routing of invoices for timely payment.

Experience
Appropriate experience in accounts payable, preferably in the oil industry
Appropriate experience of commitment procedures, preferably in the oil industry
Experience using SAP
