Leading international energy company servicing the oil & gas industry is seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Administrator for their busy offices in Central London, they are looking for someone with mid-level experience, a great work ethic and keen to commit.

The successful candidate will be the face of the business and expectations are of a 1st Class service to both external and internal customers.

Job Role:

Responsible for manning the main reception area, answering all external/internal calls and receive/ greet all visitors and clients.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manning main switchboard (answering, screening and forwarding calls)
  • Take and relay messages
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing
  • Logging administration helpdesk tickets and other misc. duties
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Mail distribution and collection (all floors)
  • Processing external mail/couriers
  • Archiving (processing/retrieving documents)
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (issue key cards, monitor people comings/goings)
  • Appointed Fire Marshall for the Reception Area

To be considered for this position you must have demonstrable experience of working in a busy Reception/Administration role.
