Coordinator Field Service Specialist I - Primary Administrative/Data entry
Local Alaska Residents ONLY - Year Long Contract
REMOTE WORK CAN BE AN OPTION WHEN ONSITE TRAINING IS COMPLETE.

- Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must have proficient computer skills

Job Details:
* Oversee Service Technicians for the Account.
* Indirect upselling on Accounts.
* Customer Service.
Major contribution to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.
* Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
* Works together with people from the business unit.
* Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
* Standardized project processes.
* Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
* Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
* Works based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
* Some latitude deviates from those conditions.

Will directly support our Alaska CWI team with the following:
- Creating & Managing SAP Sales orders for inventory demand requirements
- Finalizing SAP Sales Orders for sales, service, and rental job
- Manage customer pricing requirements on all SAP Sales Orders
- Participate in Managing the Job Cycle in relation to Job Center (computer-based job planning site)
- Complete assigned tasks within given timeframe
