The C&A Support Engineer/s are key players in front line support to conducting daily surveillance and troubleshooting activities to the offshore execution teams as well as providing onshore discipline engineering support and escalation paths into both the Asset and Project engineering organisation.

Additionally, they will be integral in the CMMS optimisation process (Living Programme) assisting Maintenance team transition towards best in class operational excellence.


  • Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering combined with hands-on experience
  • Strong experience with Experience of LNG, Utility, Steam, Marine, Offshore systems;
  • Knowledgeable of Distributed Control Systems (ideally Delta V), Safeguarding Systems F and field instrumentations;
  • Experience in writing technical documentation and developing work processes;
  • Experienced in Contract development, mobilisation and management;
  • Knowledgeable of Risk & Reliability management systems and techniques
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools & techniques;
  • Knowledge in the use of SAP modules;
  • Good planning, coordination and communication skills and
  • Be a visible hands-on leader & self-starter with analytical skills to manage troubleshooting, incident investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Professionally mature and pragmatic with a can do/make it work attitude, the successful candidate will be a team player and clear communicator.
  • Flexibility to focus on technical details whilst managing work processes and an appetite to tackle significant & inevitably unpredictable technical & project challenges is desired.
  • Tact to work with contractor site teams and equipment vendors in an integrated manner whilst retaining end user objectivity is necessary.
  • A working experience in an offshore environment is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of maintenance of operating facilities including the shutdown process, scope development will be critical It is important for the candidate to be able to efficiently liaise with our wider internal Production & Technology network for services and to tailor them for a variety of needs.
