Our client is looking to recruit a Contracts Technical Support to be based in their office in Perth. A global energy provider operating in over 30 countries worldwide. The Contracts Technical Support is responsible for the administration of contracts and purchasing activities for engineering and maintenance contracts, including entry of requisitions, ensuring quality and standardisation of the requisitions process, and tracking progress with requisitions and PO's according to schedules and plans. This position serves as the interface between supply chain and Integrated Operations Support group to ensure deadlines and priorities are met on commercial issues.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
  • Experience oil and gas or mining with contracts and procurement preparations (invoicing, commercial) exposure is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent PC skills - Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • Experience in SAP or similar ERP MM / MR function
  • Operate in a professional manner autonomously, and as part of a team
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of complex approvals and compliance regime
