Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Assistant, based in Aberdeen

3 month contract role

Responsibilities will include:
Run contract management control and reporting system (MCRS) for regular contract meetings (attendees, agenda, room booking, visitor management system, managing changes).
Documenting key meetings and action follow up (eg workshops).
Manage Contractor Non Conformance Reporting system (sharepoint based) and produce regular reports and performance data.
Create and run reports from SAP and perform data analysis using MS Excel (VLOOKUP and basic excel equations required).
Create standard cost reporting suite for all contracts managed in Strategic Contracts Management.
Raise Material Master Request Forms (MMRF's), disposal requests for reduction of grey stock and implement other materials and tooling management improvement initiatives.
Create and distribute Monthly Contract Management Information pack for all contracts managed in SCM.
Run and maintain Maintenance Contractor end of trip performance reporting tool.
Create standard competency control framework for SCM contracts.
Create and maintain training request overview for Core Crew contracts.
Run monthly reports from Wave, excel base project management tool and and update associated visual management.
Monitor Learnings from incidents (LFI) site and update team and visual management ref any new relevent LFI's.
