Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the setup, negotiation and monitoring of Contracts and Frame Agreements in an economically and advantageous manner.
Undertaking the general administration of agreements including contractual correspondence and maintenance of files and ensuring the Contractor fulfils the contractual obligations.
Advising and assisting in assessing contractor's performance and service delivery will also be part of the responsibilities along with familiarisation with the contracts to be able to advise and assist internal parties with queries.
Attending meetings, providing support to the Contracts Engineer and drafting minutes at times will also be required.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Considerable experience in a contracting environment
Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control training would be advantageous
Excellent written and spoken English skills
