Job description

Mission:
 The job holder is responsible, during the Execution phase of the Project, for coordinating and supervising all the activities related
to the management of OPP Modifications EPC and Compressor supply contracts up to their close-out.
The job holder is also responsible for the development (tendering/contracting phase) of additional contracts that could be necessary during the Execution phase.
 The job holder shall liaise actively with all concerned technical specialists involved in the technical development / management
of said contracts. The job holder shall also have to liaise actively with other Line Managers (HSE, QA and LC) and with specialists
from Project Services (mainly Schedule Leader and Budget and Cost Control Leader) for the development / management of contracts.
 The job holder shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality with regards to the Contractual and Commercial documentation
managed.

As such, the job holder is responsible for:
 Implementation, maintenance and control of all procedures associated to Contract activities;
 Implementation, maintenance and control of the filing system for all the contractual documentation issued during the Project
course;
 For new contracts necessary to be developed during the Execution phase, coordinating the whole tendering process (including,
as necessary, pre-qualification process), coordinating the issue of CFTs, coordinating / managing the clarification and negotiation phases, coordinating the issue of RTAs, development and issue of contracts, coordinating / participating to their approval process;
 Supervising / coordinating the approval process of amendments (variation / addendum) of all Contracts / Purchase Orders;
 Supervising or performing the close-out of Contracts with respect to Company and Project procedures;
 Consolidating / reporting progress related to Contract activities;
 Supporting Project Management for all questions/matters related to Contract activities.
 The job holder shall liaise actively with all Package and Line Managers and, as a general manner, with all the Project Control
team members, for the performance of the above duties.
 The job holder interacts with Company's Contract and Procurement department and will also have to liaise with Legal and Assurance
departments from Corporate and Company.
 The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements and for
implementing HSSE requirements in the contracts he is in charge of. He is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regards to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy.

Experience required
 Professional Experience: minimum 10 years preferrable experience in the oil & gas industry
 Experience in EPC contract management
 Experience in an international environment
 Knowledge of Contract development / management in an international context.
 Clear and excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Qualifications:
 Minimum degree in Business Administrative, Law, engineering
