As part of its development, a Contract Engineering service in the "Gas Renewables & Power (GRP)" department is requested.

TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT

The main activities will be divided into two missions.

Tasks Mission 1:

* Assistance in formatting the technical annexes of the contract (Specifications, Structure price, maintenance schedule, etc.) from an existing contract framework and from general conditions negotiated previously. Internal legal support as well as support from the maintenance manager will be made available for this mission.

* Coordination with our lawyer for the shaping of the non-legal aspects of the agreement

Tasks Mission 2:

* Complete management of the Tender with the assistance of the internal lawyer and the business manager.

* Drafting of new specifications considering the current operation and maintenance contract but also considering improvements resulting from feedback from field experience. Workshops with the maintenance manager and operational managers of the sites will be organized for this purpose.

* Preparation of all tender documents with the assistance of the company's internal skills. (Scope, Technical and commercial evaluation grid ...).

CONTEXT

Place of service: in Paris (teleworking possible part of the time)

Duration: 4 months (extendable 2 months)

Start date: Immediate
