  • Assist with TWM project:
    • Pull data from SAP and myIT
    • Work with business to get information/data needed for project
    • Gather data from existing GAL to populate information needed
    • Assist with identifying list of suppliers to be considered labor suppliers
    • Do analysis of current data to identify gaps
    • Identify other potential suppliers to convert to either SWO or CWM
    • Process flows (as needed)

  • Create and negotiate new CWA (Contingent Workforce Agreement) with existing CWM suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and creating PO's
  • Strong background in creating RFP's in Ariba
  • Experience with creating category strategies
  • Negotiate TPA with existing Suppliers to allow integration into CWM tool
  • Work with business and suppliers to develop Scopes of Work using existing template from proposals. Ensure properly documented in Ariba
  • Assist with creating purchase orders as needed in SAP
  • Assist with Ariba Clean-up effort
  • Update existing workspaces when required
  • Run reports to ensure contract workspaces are properly classified
  • Create, monitor, amend, renew, and close contracts
  • Assist and instruct on proper procedures
  • Provide support for special project requests
