Continuous Improvement/Operational Lead


Salary - £47,000 to £50,000 + benefits

Location - Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 7DT

Our client, a leading provider of skilled and bespoke engineering services to the aviation industry and is now seeking to appoint an experienced Continuous Improvement/Operational Lead for their facility at Dyce, Aberdeen.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven history in continuous improvement projects and managing processes
  • Holding a Green Belt qualification as a minimum.
  • Experience of Six Sigma, 5'S and Kaizen Lean methodology
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Creative mind-set with a can do attitude.
  • Ideal candidate will come from an Engineering or Manufacturing environment


Using your experience, you will carry out all the duties of a Continuous Improvement Professional to deliver creative continuous improvement projects within our thriving business. This will be through structured strategy guidelines including Kaizen events and promoting an efficient and effective working environment.

The role will involve evaluation and continuous improvement business strategy within the Aviation facility, including Helicopter Maintenance and Repair.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work within a market leading engineering organisation, who support UK and International clients with a range of services and strive to be the best in class across their various contracts and industry sectors. The role will be based in Aberdeen with some UK travel involved.

Candidates will be require to satisfy a Disclosure Scotland check prior to commencement.
