  • Provide construction planning, support & execution expertise in Standard Construction disciplines
  • Represent Construction in concept screening & early project planning
  • Provide direction, guidance and resources to QACs
  • Coordinate construction-related activities during project execution phases & provide associated discipline reporting to management
  • Participate / support / lead as requested discipline tasks to implement Construction Management System (Comes) & safety tools
  • Provide constructability deliverables for discipline tasks including procedures, work packages, identification of systems, documentation, etc.
  • Serve as member of the Project Team (PT) when project assigned
  • Fosters good communications & relations with contractors
  • Helps develop Early Career Professionals


  • Closely related professional experience
  • Experience working in construction yards, offshore facilities/vessels, and/or other manufacturing or production facilities
  • Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, construction site management, quality control processes, and site safety management
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
  • In addition to technical ability, the specialist should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably Singaporean and Singapore PR.
