  • To act on behalf of the client for Anti-Money laundering and Anti-terrorism suspected operations vis-à-vis public authorities and third banks;
  • To file authorization requests and/or notifications to the Belgian Ministry of Finance in order to get authorization for certain financial transactions, in compliance with EU Regulations on embargoes against foreign countries (e.g. Iran and Russia);
  • To periodically monitor the lists of designated persons issued by the UE, UN and OFAC in order to update the filtering system of the client;
  • To send yearly reports to the National Bank of Belgium and the Belgian Authority of the financial market (FSMA) on Anti-Money laundering, Anti-terrorism, MIFID and its annual action plan;
  • To periodically update the risk rating of customers clients;
  • To verify the application of the Know Your Customer ('KYC') procedure in relation to customers new clients;
  • To update procedures and operating instructions in force in Banque Eni, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as our clients policies;
  • To periodically organize training sessions on Compliance matters for the benefit of all client employees;
  • To constantly inform the company's bodies (Management Committee, Board of Directors, Audit & Compliance Committee) on the Compliance department activity;
  • To grant legal assistance to the direction and the other departments of our client;
  • To act as Secretary of the Board and the other corporate bodies and draft minutes of shareholders and board of directors' meetings and all related ancillary documents.

Language skills: Fluent English and French, written and spoken. Basic knowledge of Italian

IT knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook
