Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Competence Admin/Coordinator based in Aberdeen

3 month contract position

Main Duties:
Communicating with employees regarding the CMS and self-assessment process, identification and communication of non-compliance when evidence is absent
Full understanding of how to navigate / operate CMS (Kahuna) (ie Training employees on the system and how to use it)
Co-ordinate the verification of self-assessments and ensure that they are completed by the relevant personnel
Data entry
Provide information relating to the status of self-assessment, verification and competency achievement
