Job Title: Change and Communications Specialist, HR & Real Estate

requires a communication professional responsible for producing communications plans and the content in support of company-wide technology and process changes, as well as employee engagement and culture communications. The successful candidate must have the ability to draft strategic communications using items such as a stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis as a foundation.


Provide support to WOW and HR project to effectively enable an agile change culture, including development and implementation of communication plans, leadership engagement, and resistance management.

The primary objective is to focus on the people-side of change resulting from WOW, including managing and delivering the change related to business processes, systems, and technology.


Organizational Change Management

  • Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct impact analyses, gap analyses, and change readiness assessments.
  • Develop, and implement proven change management strategies and frameworks to create an acceptable return on investment by motivating organizational change while overcoming stakeholder resistance.
  • Work with project team members to define the people-side of change and how change management strategies can best integrated into project plans.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to define and roll out training


  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans and high-quality communications for key stakeholders including senior leadership, managers, and employee audiences
  • Use innovative communication channels to engage and motivate employees about WOW through effective storytelling and other change management techniques.
  • Develop and coordinate delivery of a wide variety of communication activities and tactics such as: sponsor updates, video content, web content, organizational announcements, newsletters, etc
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to define and roll out training
  • Create and communicate progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders

  • Report effectiveness of change enablement activities, using specific metrics to track progress and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Own creation and maintenance of communications and content used to inform employees of benefits, policies and processes.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of global stakeholders.
  • Consult with policy, process, and system owners to ensure content is up to date and accurate.
  • Understand the what, when, why, and how, including benefits of projects and changes within the organization.
  • Ensure your assigned content and communications are delivered to various teams or groups in a timely manner using internal tools as the vehicle for delivery.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content publishing parameters are met and maintained.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong attention to detail to meet organizational objectives and quality measures.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications, in a large-scale global operation, with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering programs with large scale organizational changes
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize deliverables.
  • Ability to influence without direct responsibility.
  • Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience.
  • Experience implementing changes for a variety of global teams.
  • An enthusiasm for networking across all levels of the organization, across geographies and communication teams.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to draft strategic communications using items such as a stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis as a foundation.
