One of our clients have an excellent opportunity to join their project team as a Commissioning Manager based in Leatherhead.

  • The Commissioning Manager will have a high level of coordination and interpersonal skills as they are required to lead a team of engineers in the delivery of a quality and robust commissioning execution plan on a large-scale LNG Project.
  • Candidate shall be proficient in all areas of LNG process plant commissioning and start-up services not only within a field execution environment but also with the ability to transfer these skills and knowledge gained in the field to both FEED and Detailed Design phases of Project.
  • Candidates should have previous LNG process plant commissioning management experience gained whilst working in a FEED/Detailed Design office environment as well as from in the field in a construction environment.
  • Candidates should also have previous onshore LNG project experience preferably with FEED & Detailed Design experience of LNG Facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate involvement in the following areas of Commissioning Engineering through all phases of Projects.
  • The Commissioning Manager may also be responsible for start-up and plant operations activities including equipment and system checkout, inspection for proper installation, review for correct design, and review of calculation of expected system and equipment operating parameters under temporary start-up conditions.
  • They will coordinate start-up operations, including the direction of craft, and all other start-up activities such as flushing, chemical cleaning, and initial equipment and system operation and coordinate performance tests in conjunction with client personnel.
  • Lead a team of multi discipline commissioning engineers in a safe and efficient working environment ensuring their area of responsibility is delivered on schedule and within budget.
