Our client, are an established Mechanical and Plumbing Company involved with varied projects across the Highlands. Their present and future work commitments have created the need for an experienced Commercial Manager ideally from Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable industry background.


Reporting to the Managing Director with overall responsibility for the Company's commercial portfolio and team of engineers.

Daily liaison with key project personnel, external suppliers and design teams, installers and site personnel and clients to ensure all projects are run and delivered to budget, specification and in a timely matter in accordance with health and safety and industry standards.

Attendance on site throughout and after installation to ensure projects and staff are meeting strict deadlines in line with health & safety requirements and be available to resolve any outstanding issues

Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and price improvement.

Assisting with the recruitment process of new personnel within the team.

Candidate profile:

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in tendering of high value commercial contracts within the Plumbing, Heating, Renewable, Electrical and Mechanical industries.

Strong communication skills and ability to engage in successful supplier and client negotiations.

Confident team mentor and motivator

Ability to work to industry standards and ensure strong adherence to H&S guidelines

Performance driven, creative and strong problem solver and trouble shooter

Proven track record in consistently achieving project expectations within time and budget constraints
