Our Role

The Commercial Assurance role is responsible for leading all assurance aspects of the Commercial team. This will include establishing team governance that delivers measurables on the Commercial activities as well as supporting on the financial commitments for the team. The role is critical to the overall success of the Commercial team by creating a framework to work towards that mitigates financial risk and maximises cost reduction and process efficiency opportunity by creating and owning the assurance processes to keep the teams both internal and external operating to guidelines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a finance background to utilise their skills in a first business role. There is a great scope to implement a new structured approach and make your own mark on the business.

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who is confident in their ability to work independently as well has having a passion for team work. You will be results driven with a strong ability to bring about change, energetic and driven taking a hands-on approach

Previous experience in a finance-based role desirable while strong numerical skills are essential as a key part of this role will be managing the finance relationship within the business.

You will be a highly resilient person who is very organised and systematic in their approach. Strong communication skills are key in allowing you to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
