Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Commercial Assistant on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Inverness. For further information about this position please apply.

  • Reporting to the commercial lead and assisting with the following:

    • Using company systems to record plant labour timesheets, material tickets, Issue plant orders and produce accurate weekly reports.

    • Subcontracts - preparation of assessments, payments, notices, final accounts.

    • Cost Reporting - assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for legacy projects.

    • Assist with invoice clearance to agreed payment terms, raising queries with suppliers where necessary.

    • Filing and archiving of hard copy and electronic documentation as per company protocol.

    • Assist with any administrative duties required to support commercial team.

    • Ensure compliance and adherence with project and company commercial procedures to follow an agreed process for cost control.
