Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Advisor Support based in Aberdeen

Principal Accountabilities:
Company SME for JOA, TPA, DSA, LOC
Represent company NEO at JV OPCOMs recording minutes
Responsible for all non HSE communications with regulators as focal point and contributor
Integral part of the sales process, responsible for Offtake Agreements, maintaining lifting schedule
Optimization of Transportation Agreements. Cost / Audit awareness re Terminals
Responsible for all C02 / EU ETS allowance trades and reporting
7As required, lead licence extension and licence round efforts

Job Knowledge (JK):
Minimum Bachelor level
Relevant experience
Adequate hands on knowledge on
Oil & Gas trading and understanding commercial documents, especially managing the Gas Sales Agreement and Oil Offtake agreement.
Effective Joint Venture relationship management ability
Deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, experienced in investment analysis
Experienced in solving complex problems
