Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Administrator based in Aberdeen

Job Specific Duties:
Create, issue and maintain purchase orders for contingent workers CWK (Ltd Co and Agency)
Manage PO's and rate requests mailboxes and respond to all queries
Input into RDB pay and charge rates payable on a project
Assist with creating and managing personnel's Oracle records
Monitor Company Information mailbox and highlight information received from Companies House that requires further action e.g. proposal to strike off
Assist Resourcing Teams with queries on proof of registering for corporation tax by contractors
Check and approve vendor maintenance forms (VMF's) for contractors
Carry out checks to ensure all PAYE personnel are included in the weekly payroll
Compliance - initiate due diligence requests via company portal for customers and contractors, monitor status and distribute approved reports to relevant parties
Provide administration support for Agency and PFML Ltd Co/Consultants contracts
Risk - Issue monthly PERMS reports to Business Delivery Manager's/ Functions for review and co-ordinate responses for Team Lead review and update PERMS with new risks and feedback received

We are looking for candidates with previous experience of administration and data entry along with working on an ERP system. They will have a good understanding of Microsoft, particularly excel, have a high level of numerate and analytical skills with an inquisitive background. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and have strong communication skills.
