CLIENT PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIME (25 HOURS)

£25K - £30K PRO RATA

My client is a Chartered Accountants organisation who seek an experienced Client Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a part time position only with 25 hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process 65-70 monthly payrolls including uploading and submitting pension information to multiple pension providers.
  • Incorporate any SSP, SMP or any additional requirements to fulfil our clients' needs. Advising clients on work place pensions and assisting in the auto enrolment process.
  • Manage 15-20 monthly CIS returns, advising HMRC of CIS suffered and taking appropriate action to claim refunds.
  • Manage and process approx. 400 annual payrolls, registering new payrolls with HMRC and year-end processing of P60's.
  • General client advice and liaison with HMRC as required.

Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within payroll and/or finance environment
  • Full understanding of HMRC requirements and regulations
  • Experience dealing with auto-enrolment and work place pensions
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
