Construction Industry experience and understanding of Construction Design and Management

Excellent spreadsheet and document writing experience

Demonstrable experience of drafting and submitting bids and managing through to award of contract


Qualification in Construction and/or Diploma in construction related Health & Safety

Knowledge of CDM

Key Skills/Duties

Provide central contact for client work/ proposal requests

Assess new client quotation requirements and prepare necessary documentation

Prepare fee proposals for CDM work in line with company procedures

Maintain company database for construction proposals

Prepare documents for company and clients e.g procedures, manuals

Assist with compiling Health & Safety file information

Good understanding of commercial risk and contractual requirements within a bidding context

Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and delivering effectively against tight deadlines

Engagement and relationship management with good team working and communication skills
