Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Campaign Maintenance Engineer, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Develop planned campaign maintenance scopes as part of the Campaign Maintenance Team, using output from the SAP maintenance management system to bundle together all relevant planned and corrective maintenance and inspection, associated with a given system.
Develop and control scope, schedule, manpower plan, AIR forms and work packs, ensuring the 90-day and 30-day gate criteria are met.
Work closely with Operations/Bridge teams to develop permits, task risk assessments, isolations, lift plans, deck-plans, leak test packs and any other deliverables required to support safe execution of the workscope in accordance with the relevant company processes and procedures.
Work closely with Procurement to implement arrangements to ensure that all manpower, materials, tooling and equipment is identified, ordered and delivered in a timely manner to support the planned execution schedule.
Establish productive relationships with key vendors to ensure efficient use of vendor labour and expertise.
Identify all foreseeable risks associated with execution plans and implement appropriate contingency measures.
Mobilise offshore to supervise the safe and timely execution of the agreed maintenance outage plans, or support smaller scopes from onshore.
Conduct pre-execution and after-action reviews on designated campaign maintenance outages and ensure that actions are implemented to address any lessons identified, including completing feedback to update maintenance routines in SAP after each campaign

Experience
Hands-on mechanical/vessel/rotating equipment maintenance experience offshore in the oil & gas industry.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems e.g. SAP Plant Maintenance.
Familiarity with establishing effective vendor relationships.
Familiarity with project development and procurement tools e.g. planning logic and resourcing, histograms, risk management, purchasing process, variation orders.

Qualifications
Degree-qualified engineer in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent time-served plus field-experience.
Valid offshore survival and medical.
