Key Accountabilities

  • Technical archive system management (drawings, O&M's and spare parts lists).
  • Generation & supporting Maintenance Dept within the site change control processes.
  • Development of multi-discipline drawings, to support site projects as required.
  • Development & management of site drawings, symbol libraries and drafting standards.
  • Full familiarity and hands-on experience of all aspects of AutoCAD or other suitable drawing software.
  • Ability to maintain full technical document control in terms of preparation, revision and issue of drawings and receipt and distribution of consultants, vendors and contractors drawings and technical documents.
  • Ability to survey and incorporate existing facilities infrastructure and details, including vendor information, into drawing records and utilization and integration of information for definition of new build utilities and facilities.
  • Provide periodic status reporting of progress against plan, variances, recovery plans, issues etc.
  • Ensure that all Project work completed, meets statutory and Company requirements in relation to Health Safety
  • Environmental and Quality and are capable to be maintained after completion.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Experiences

  • Knowledge & experience of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design concepts and interfaces.
  • Over 5 years' experience in a Design/ Engineering working environment, basic knowledge or experience of Engineering Project Management including process manufacturing environment experience.
  • Experience of working within a multi functional team and coordinating appropriate contractor companies.
  • Thorough knowledge of the statutory and Company requirements for Health & Safety, Quality and Environment.
  • IT literacy essential, including proven experience of all Microsoft Office applications & AutoCAD or similar CAD drafting software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and function in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to gain commitment and support from others, internally and externally to the business
  • Effective planning and organization skills.
  • Committed to raising standards and delivering results, including quality, on time and financial targets set.
  • Willingness to innovate.
  • Ability to interact with various disciplines both internal and external
  • Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment
