Our Operator client is seeking an experienced Business Management Systems Analyst with experience of building digital process maps. Contract currently through to the end of November 2020.

The role would suit someone who has experience of a Quality role, specifically with experience of implementing a new BMS System. A large part of the role is supporting functions to create process maps for all current procedures, and we are seeking experience of building digital process maps. Candidates should be skilled in influencing people and coaching people asking the right types of questions to supporting the process mapping. Oil and gas experience where they have developed a good understanding of organisational structure and terminology would be beneficial.

Accountabilities:
A higher degree or equivalent work experience desirable
Driving further development, embedding and maintenance of the BMS application and its content
Modelling new or revised processes in line with the governing framework
Facilitating modelling workshops and driving consensus
Embedding process ownership and BMS-related change across the Business
Driving continuous improvement of the system and its content
Advising on the governing framework for BMS
Acting as a custodian of the system and its content, providing best practice and supporting content owners in maintenance and development
Supporting the BMS performance management process
Providing a suitable level of training and day-to-day advice
Advising on compliance issues and working with the Business to overcome them
Providing input to annual assurance plans

Competencies and Qualifications:
Previous oil and gas management system experience or equivalent
Understanding of ISO14001 / 9001 management system expectations
Strong workshop facilitation skills
Understanding of project management tools and techniques
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive consensus
Strong presentation skills/ experience of conducting on the job training
Strong customer service ethic
Extensive experience of supporting and embedding business change
Solid understanding of the need for governance and compliance
