Business Change Lead - Metering

Fixed term contract (or temp) up to 6 months

Portsmouth / Reading

£38,000 - £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in one of the largest change projects that my client has worked on, involving over 3000 staff within their Metering division.

The purpose of the Business Change Lead is to ensure that there is engagement and buy-in to the strategy being developed across Metering and Smart. The strategy also supports the preparation for the Retail separation my client, delivering a new roadmap and operating model.

Working with the strategy development team and the MaST Leadership team you'll be responsible for preparing communications and change material, translating technical and commercial content into easily understood presentation material and ensuring this is in line with the overall Retail communications framework. You'll also manage interactions with senior stakeholders.

You'll have experience of working in a large organisation on complex programmes involving business change. You'll be delivery focussed with the determination to achieve high quality outcomes.

An effective communicator with exceptional influencing skills, you'll have the ability to build strong and credible working relationships. We're looking for someone with the confidence and gravitas to work with senior management and the ability to get buy-in from staff at all levels.
