Orion Group are recruiting a Business Analytics Lead on behalf of one of our Multinational Pharmaceutical Clients on an initial 6 Month Contract based in the Buckinghamshire area.

Role Purpose


* Overall responsible for the CRM tool iConnect in terms of supporting training and compliance across the internal users.
* Working closely with the EMEA CRM team to maximise the business value of the CRM tool in line with our changing needs, new challenges and changes in the market
* Working with internal stakeholder to ensure all new developments are implemented across the relevant teams with high update and usage
* Acting as the local owner of our data management system and data stewarding activities ensuring high quality of the data and efficient turn-around times for data requests.

Key Role Activities
CRM Leadership
* Be a business partner to the internal stakeholders and discuss tactics and strategies on how to improve our CRM system
* Bring CRM insights from the external environment on what competitors and other segments of the market are doing and propose new opportunities for maximising the business value
* Working closely with the EMEA CRM team representing the UK interests ensuring any developments and systems are aligned with local needs and is set up to handle our changing needs, new challenges and changes in the market
* Working closely with the CRM users both in the field and head office to ensure engagement and use and address any training needs or support needed
* Ensure compliance and alignment of the CRM system including managing data and Data Stewarding activities with the ABPI code and GDPR policy

Data Stewarding
* Ensuring that the Data Stewarding activities are conducted to a high quality and efficient turn-around times for data requests.
* Ensure compliance and alignment of the CRM system including managing data and Data Stewardship processes and activities with the ABPI code and GDPR policy

* Conduct formal performance and career conversations with all direct reports according to the framework set

Key Compliance Requirements
Applicable to all roles

* Complete annual Drug Safety and HCC Awareness training.
* Report Adverse Events and complaints in a timely way to Drug Safety according to current Adverse Event Reporting guidelines/SOP and to maintain Regulatory compliance.
* Acts in accordance with HCC requirements if interacting with Healthcare Professionals.
* If commissioning contractors or third-party organisations, put contracts in place and provide training so that these individuals also act in accordance with HCC requirements when interacting with Healthcare Professionals and report adverse events (as above).
* Complies with designated SOPs for the role.

Essential Technical Knowledge, skills and experience

* Good knowledge of CRM systems ideally Salesforce.com
* Experience of data modelling and data management
* Ability to perform data mining, blending large datasets to enhance reporting
* Degree or equivalent, preferably in a numerical or business management field
