OrionGroup are looking for an EMEA Business Analysis Manager for our multinational pharmaceutical client based in Buckinghamshire are on an initial 6 month contract on part time hours of a 2 to 2 and half day week.

The Business Analysis Manager will be providing the Integrated Brand Value Teams (IBVTs) with actionable recommendations, derived from best in class business performance reporting, descriptive and predictive analytics, to inform business decisions on a European level.

Main responsibilities of the role:
* Identifies, extracts, reports, and analyses key metrics from multiple and varied sources, both internal (financials, Field Force, CRM and Digital…) and external (sales audits, patient shares, attitudes…) that provide a 360° view of the business.
* Populates and enhances a monthly standardized KPI-reporting that enables key stakeholders to take appropriate action.
* Provides actionable recommendations by preparing business reviews for senior stakeholders.
* Partners with the Business Intelligence Managers to ensure that insights synthesized from research are translated into compelling, actionable recommendations for the brand teams.
* Proactively liaises with Global, EMEA, and operating company colleagues to identify synergies in business performance analyses.
* Proactively detects business needs and issues that are currently not being addressed. Drives development of analytic approaches that lead to a comprehensive understanding of the business performance to support decision-making.

This assignment can involve occasional travel 30% across the EMEA region

Desired Experience of the successful candidate of the role

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
* Functional mastery in business performance reporting and analytics
* Ability to build productive, sustained relationships with colleagues in EMEA, Global and operating company teams.
* Commercially aware with strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
* An ability to challenge the status quo, and showing leadership in change management. Pro-actively looking for innovative techniques that build competitive advantage.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Awareness of and adherence to J&J Credo values, SOPs, policies and guidelines.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics within the pharmaceutical industry and/or agency side, applied to oncology or hematology, and using a variety of sources as well as advanced reporting solutions.
* A strong background and understanding of science and marketing.
