Specialist Billing Analyst - Portuguese speaking preferred

An International Technology organisation have an opportunity for a Specialist Billing Analyst who is able to communicate in Portuguese, ideally!

The position will be based near Guildford and you will support the Billing Manager with the production of accurate billing information for customers in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • To analyse and produce consolidated and highly accurate monthly invoicing spreadsheets for the Brazilian team
  • Assessing sales agreements to ensure customer contracts are correctly set up and maintained.
  • To create and maintain customer records, to provide specific information for future sales and an historic trail of alterations and changes.
  • To check and highlight errors and take necessary actions
  • To deal with billing enquiries as received.
  • To work with the accounts department to ensure all information is reconciled to the sales ledger.
  • To process customer orders and orders generated by our sales team.
  • Be prepared to deal with routine enquiries, such as contract or delivery queries, via email or on the telephone.
  • Be prepared to undertake any other task requested by the management team.

Skills:

  • Able to communicate in Portuguese - preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to learn all aspects of bespoke billing system.
  • Microsoft Office skills especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced - perform formulas, V-look up's, Pivot tables etc).
  • Ability to demonstrate numeracy skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under own initiative.
  • An interest in technology - to understand products and how they are utilised by the customers.
