Our Client

Our client, one of the country's biggest and most prestigious legal firms are currently seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to sit within their highly succesful Bids team.

This role can be based either in their Glasgow or Edinburgh office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a full bid managment support on a range of bids, pitches, credentials, documents and supplier audits
  • Full end to end project managment
  • Working closely with team members on larer bids
  • Strategic input to bid process
  • Tracking opportunities & monitoring procurement portals
  • Writing and editing submissions, this includes both private and public sector
  • Input to the wider, general business development and marketing activities

Skills, Experience & Qualities

The ideal candidate for this role will have circa 5 years bids/tender experience, ideally from a legal or professional services sector, however other sectors will also be considered.

You will have an indepth knowledge and understanding of the bidding process, public sector bids and procurement portals. With excellent writing and editing skills, you will be motivated and confident with first class communication skills.
