Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Aviation Systems Administrator, based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire

Responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinate passenger bookings using the VANTAGE POB system.
Screening and audit of passenger qualifications and medicals to Company standards
Maintenance of VANTAGE POB personnel records in accordance with Company standards.
Preparation of Daily flight schedules and flight routings.
Co-ordination of priorities in the event of conflicting flight demands.
Liaise with appointed helicopter operator regarding flight operations, delays and priorities.
Liaise with offshore locations regarding flight operations, delays and priorities.
Liaise with external agencies and contractors

Demonstrable experience in an Aviation Logistics environment.
A full knowledge of Company Logistics Policy and Procedures and expected Industry best practices.
Full knowledge of the training standards and competencies required for offshore personnel in the UKCS.
Experience of the Company emergency reporting requirements with respect to the management of POB.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate to obtain effective aviation logistics solutions and maintaining good working relationships.
Fully conversant and an expert user of the Company offshore personnel tracking software system (vantage).
Knowledge of helicopter regulations
